The 2026 WaterCar EV owner’s manual describes marine construction to applicable NMMA, ABYC, NFPA and USCG standards through NMMA certification. A HIN identifies the vessel; it does not by itself establish registration, operating permission or every certification claim. Ask for the applicable records for the vehicle and model year under review rather than relying on a blanket “USCG certified” description.
